Current Availability Update: We have limited availability for moving in from now until May, as most of our leases end during the summer time. It’s best to apply (top right corner) in case there is a waiting list for your ideal move-in time.

For summer, we will most likely have several dozen 1BRs, but we won’t know about our residents’ renewal plans until 3-4 months prior to lease end dates. Apply to get on the waiting list so we can contact you (around April or May) when something becomes available.

As for 2BRs, I’m afraid those are harder to come by. For the past couple of years, only 4 or 5 have become available, with about 20-25 applicants per apartment. You’re welcome to apply, but even at this point, it may be unlikely that we will be able to accommodate you.
